In 2017, Amorhome overseas market department
was established, focusing on supplying our products worldwide.
Founded in 2005, AH factory has been specializing in design, manufacture and sell of mattress, and our foam factory
was built in 2007, which we could control the foam quality and delivery date by ourself.
We are located in Dalian, China, 25km from Dalian Port, here has developed shipping,
convenient transportation network and the best air conditions for mattress and foam storage.
AH BUSINESS
AH is a professional in producing memory foam pillows, memory foam mattresses
and other memory foam products.
We have experienced engineering and technical personnels and
enterprise management personnels, also advanced production equipments,
foam shaped cutting, continuous foaming, molding pillows, pillowcase sewing,
mattress and other production lines, monthly production capacity of 300
thousand pillows and 50 thousand mattresses.
AH QUALITY STANDARD
Our foam and mattress products meet the fire standards of TB603 and BS5852
in the United Kingdom, and are tested by SGS.
Over the years, our factory has been insisting on production management in
Japan and Germany for its high quality requirements.
And our products are widely sold in Japan, Canada, Australia, North America,
Western Europe and other countries.
AH MANUFACTURING

The mass production duration can be ranged from 20 days to 35 days approximately.
All products are produced by our own factory, small orders is available.
